Average 6-12 months at the Regional Tribunal. Appeals to the Central Tribunal can take another 6-12 months.
What measures can be imposed?
From mild to severe: warning, reprimand, fine (max €4,500), suspension (max 1 year), partial prohibition, and removal from the BIG register (art. 48 BIG Act).
